How to Lose Weight! One of the most common questions I get as a personal trainer is how to lose weight.  Well, I'm gonna answer that question for you today.  Just keep in mind that permanent weight loss takes time.  After all, the weight wasn't put on overnight.  Here are three tips that I incorporate with my clients that will help you lose weight. 1. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER This one may seem obvious, but it’s important to drink lots of water throughout the day. Water will keep you hydrated and full of energy throughout the day. Water also acts as an appetite  suppressant.  It keeps your muscles fed with nutrients and oxygen, and cleanses the body of waste. Try to  drink at least half your body weight in ounces  for optimal hydration. 2.
